Dear readers, apologies for being out of the pen for weeks. The culprit was time, running faster than ever and the technology (my gadget) not supporting (Hey, you remember “Life Culprit Analysis“ another try). However, got a grip on both by hook and by crook. Without taking a breath, diving deep into the continued tempting topic to retrieve my readers, and of course, with ingredients, i.e. organic words harvest creativity, affection and sincerity. Huh! I know it’s too submissive as really wish to refresh and start where the chain was broken.
In continuation with “Healthy Foods to eat episode #1“, I believe in my tastebuds, many might be in the same boat. Hence I go for healthy and tasty foods to satisfy my tastebuds. The tempting foods might be persuasive! Herewith are some secrets from my kitchen, however, never shared before!
Secret # 1:
Few things I keep constant in my recipes (mostly my own as you know I believe in creativity) for marination especially, for red meat and white meat, for instance:
- Olive oil
- black paper (grounded)
- Salt (mildish)
- Grated/sliced green chillies (sometimes whole)
- Freshly grated organic ginger garlic
- Little fresh Tamarind extract
Secret #2:
Secondly, a unique mixture of spices enhances the taste and aroma of your veggies, meats, rice, Salad garnish, etc. It includes the following:
- Cumin seeds
- Fennel seeds
- Whole Black paper
- Whole Coriander seed
How to make the mixture?
All above in equal quantity, roasted on a frying pan together without oil. Cool it down and grind with some salt. You can preserve it in an airtight container for months.
You must be noticing, Red pepper or other pungent spices were not listed as I feel it declines the real taste of your food. The simpler the ingredients, the tastier your food.
The rationale behind the secret share is to refresh your recipes and try these hacks to make your foods healthier, tastier and more accessible!
These real pics from our table would surely encourage you to refresh faster and enjoy.
Life blessed once need to have handled and taken care of effectively without risking as it has no substitute, therefore most precious!

My hubby and I are both on a low salt diet and are on warfarin so watch the dark green leafy vegetables. Spices are our lifeblood, usually not the hot spices.
