Self Care and Me

How do you practice self-care?

So friends this is the hardest of all for me at least…

Yes I really need the motivation to practice Self-Care as I am below average on this and yes I feel 0% motivation towards it.

I’m aware it’s so not good, however I need to get motivated towards Self -Care.

  1. I appreciate your honesty about the challenge of practicing self-care. As Christians, we’re called to honor God not only in our actions toward others but also in how we care for ourselves. Sometimes, finding motivation for self-care can feel daunting, but I find strength in knowing that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). This means that nurturing ourselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually is part of our stewardship. I will be Praying for guidance and strength in this area for you. Remember, taking small steps in self-care can be a form of honoring God’s gift of life to us.

Blessings to you today and always.

  3. Self-care is the simple thing we do with consciousness… It begins when you breathe, and having the idea that the air coming inside your body will benefit you is self-care.

  4. Self-care is something that we must be intentional about. I have been inconsistent with regular exercise. Just started a challenge myself, 30 days of exercise for health and longevity. The hardest part is the beginning but once you start it gets easier. Thank you for this oh so important topic and reminder.
